House of Fools ( Дом дураков / Dom durakov) is a 2002 Russian film by Andrei Konchalovsky about psychiatric patients and combatants during thefirst Chechen War.Distinctly anti-war, unbiased and controversial in Russia, House of Fools is a bizarre blend of black comedy, touching drama, horrific warfare and subtly disturbing psychological content.
The film tells the story of a psychiatric hospital in Ingushetia on the border with Chechnya in 1996. With the medical staff vanishing to apparently find help, the hospital's patients are left to run amok, but Zhanna (Yuliya Vysotskaya), a young woman with schizophrenia curbs their insanity. Blissfully unaware of the terror of the war, the patients stick it out in the hospital. Their "guests" vary between Chechen rebels, in one of which (Sultan Islamov) Zhanna falls in love with, and Russian troops. The story was partially inspired by the real-life tragedy of the psychiatric hospital in Shali, Chechnya, which was abandoned by the personnel during the Russian bombing campaign and in which many patients subsequently died from attacks and neglect. incerc sa vad filmu asta de ceva vreme. si nu-l gasesc niciunde. iar pe amazon mi-au respins comanda. e a doua oara saptamana asta cand nu pot folosi cardul. dar eu tot vreau sa vad filmul. de unde sa-l iau? ceva sfaturi? idei?

du-te la o librarie sau la un video store si fa-l comanda acolo, si il poti plati cash. la noi se face asta, nu stiu daca merge si acolo, dar mergi la un magazin din asta mare de electronice & dvds si fa-l comanda direct acolo. pot sa iti aduca orice film!
in afara de ce zise add..poate gasesti ceva de genu blockbuster.com da varianta englezeasca. Iti vine filmu in posta. Aici in germania sunt o gramada de firme din astea asa k sigur sunt si in anglia.. u just have to look online for one!
